So I had my first positive OPK yesterday afternoon... btw.. you should always read the directions and actually follow them. I nearly missed the positive because I forgot to wait the required 4 mins. Anyway, so I had the first insem yesterday. I don't know if I've mentioned it before and I'm too tired right now to go check, but I've made the decision to do 6 "do it yourself" inseminations before going for medical intervention. What has been missed in the many blogs I've been reading is when you are using a KD and have to work inseminations around your work schedule, his work schedule and family life. So the only time for the insem is actually during my lunch break.
Yep, during my lunch break. Let me tell you this is not a fun or relaxing thing to be doing. I think yesterday's try was a bust. Mostly because I was too nervous and panicked about someone discovering me in the ladies room and rushed through it too fast. Hopefully, I'll do better today. We'll see.
Anyway, off to work.
