So, I'm probably an idiot for wanting to have a kid when I have a very low tolerance for doctors. I've always been this way. I go years between dental appts because I blame dentists for most of my dental problems... whether that is true or not, I don't know and don't particularly care.* Anyway, since I'm pretty sure I'm going down this TTC path, I decided I really should do the doctor thing. So today, after renewing my drivers license and getting my car inspected (yay, it passed!), I called and set up a dental appt for tomorrow and the OB/GYN for next month. They didn't have anything sooner and I hate having to go to begin with so I'm leaving that appt as is instead of trying to find something sooner.
I feel all productive this weekend cause I got so much done but now I'm in that slump where I've done everything I meant to and can't think of anything I want or need to do now. Ugh... very annoying. Plus I'm tired... I'm trying to cut down on the caffiene... but I usually drink several cups a day... is it really that bad to drink coffee when pregnant?!!? *pout* Anyway, since I'm caffiene deprived, I have a headache and I'm just tired and have no energy. How the heck am I going to make 9 months of this?
In other news, the dog is refusing to eat... don't know why. He doesn't act sick and he hasn't done anything to make me think he needs to go to the vet but he isn't eating. I haven't changed his food up on him so it can't be that. Oh well, I'll keep an eye on it and if it gets worse I'll take him to the vet to get checked out.

* I had one dental appt when I was around 6 (had a general cleaning and check up - no problems) and then didn't have another appt until I was 19. I had no teeth problems, aches or pains whatsover during that period of time. I chose to go to the dentist cause I had insurance and everyone told me I should go get my teeth cleaned and checked. I went... the dentist said I had two cavities... I agreed to let him take care of them. Since then, a day has not gone by where I don't have some kind of pain in my mouth. One dentist put a crown on but didn't grind it down properly or whatever it is they do. Now my teeth don't click together the way they used to. My jaw always aches cause it never really relaxes. Everytime I go to the dentist I'm told I have a cavity or need a root canal or whatever and it seems that I have more problems after the appt than before. It was more than likely just timing... but my brain associates problems with my mouth being caused by a dentist.
